A Warehouse Retailer
Need: An international warehouse retailer needed a manager-focused compliance course that not only met specific requirements across both federal and state (8 different U.S. states) laws, but they also needed to quickly stream to all warehouses - including many with limited internet capabilities.
Solution: Sollah worked with our SME group to develop an interactive eLearning course that not only met the legal requirements, but was developed and delivered in modules - to ease internet access issues. The course included dramatic videos, case studies, interactive elements, inline quizzing and a post-assessment. The course video elements featured customized video compression and optimization - allowing all learners to experience the course features.
A Security Company
Need: A nationally recognized security company had a customer who needed a completely new version of their best-selling active intruder training program designed, developed and implemented within seven business days. Where they saw an issue, Sollah saw an opportunity.
Solution: The Sollah team met the same day the statement of work was signed. The design and development team quickly worked through a wire frame (and then a detailed storyboard) of the proposed course - delivering the artifact within eight hours of the initial request. Once approved, the team worked iteratively to produce multiple course versions. The final course version was approved, packaged and delivered to the client in five business days.
