Shipping and Return Policies

Our Warranty

We do everything we possibly can to make it easy for you to do business with us. If there should ever be a problem with your order, we will do everything we can to correct it. However, we have a few policies around shipping and returns, and they are as follows:

WARRANTY: We will warrant any DVD purchase for any workmanship defects for up to one (1) year from the date of purchase. That means we'll replace the DVD for free*. Simply email us at clientservices@sollah.com.

* For replacements, we'll ask that you send us the damaged DVD and pay for shipping to get it back to us. We'll ship you a replacement DVD via UPS Ground. If you need the replacement faster, we'll charge you the difference in shipping pricing.

That said, if you drop, step on, sit on, use as a coaster, leave in a hot car or otherwise destroy your DVD (outside of standard usage), we'll ask that you purchase a new copy.


Because we offer many methods for previewing any product purchase, we don't accept product returns (except in the case of workmanship defects). If the program must be returned, we'll offer you a credit towards another Sollah program. You'll be responsible for shipping the product back to us - in the same condition it was shipped to you (new). If you've had the product more than 15 days, there are no returns or credits.

Shipping Methods

Typically, all orders ship via UPS or USPS. Shipping charges apply to the continental Unites States only. International shipping will require a custom quote.

Different Billing/Shipping Addresses

To help combat credit card fraud, if the "Ship To" address on your order is different than the cardholders "Bill To" address, we must be able to verify either the "Ship To" address or the cardholders phone number with the credit card company.

Payment Methods

Your credit card is charged upon Check Out. Your order will ship out within two business days, but could take longer if there is a billing or shipping issue.

Order cancellations MUST be made in writing via e-mail: clientservices@sollah.com.

Corporate checks are accepted. Checks must clear the bank before an order is shipped. This usually takes approximately 3 to 5 business days.


Although we do our very best to keep our website up-to-date, the prices listed on this web site are subject to change without notice. Also, we will not be held liable for any incorrect information or typographical errors contained herein. All prices at Sollah.com are in US dollars.

Shipping Times

Although most orders are usually shipped within two business days, we make no guarantees as regard to shipping times and/or arrival dates. Every order is a priority, so we'll let you know if there will be a delay in your order shipment.
